Ben Nevis Pipe Band was formed September 24, 1992 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We developed a strong tie with the city of Wetaskiwin through our association with the Royal Canadian Legion of Wetaskiwin #86. We have had a long and proud partnership with them over the years.

Since its inception, the Ben Nevis Pipe Band has endeavored to play new and interesting music in competitions and for our performances. Our band is named for the highest mountain in Scotland, Ben Nevis, and we proudly wear the Maple Leaf tartan.
